We're throwing a resale party this Secondhand September, and we need your help extending the invite.
Secondhand September is nearly here 🎉, and if you’re not aware, it’s a month-long challenge that encourages shoppers to ditch new clothes and go all-in on secondhand shopping.
Now, you might be thinking, "Isn’t that what Beni does all year?"
Absolutely—but this September, we’re cranking it up a notch—and it’s going to take all of us, working together, to invite as many shoppers as possible to the resale party AKA a celebration of all of the many benefits of shopping secondhand.
For our part, we’re dropping some major updates that’ll make secondhand shopping ridiculously easy. We’re talking pure resale magic at literally anyone’s fingertips (even if they don’t have the Beni extension/app!).
We can’t give away too much (yet), but let’s just say it’s Product Hunt launch-worthy big 👀.
But, there’s no point in hosting this party if nobody shows up, which is precisely why we need your help extending the invite.

What they do: Remake is like a fashion detective agency for good! They’re on a mission to reveal the truth about where your clothes come from, pushing for fair wages, sustainable practices, and transparency in the fashion industry. They help you make smarter, more ethical fashion choices while advocating for a better world for garment workers and the planet. Basically, if you care about women, pay equity, and the planet, you should give them a follow.
Why we're talking about them: Remake’s #NoNewClothes challenge is an awesome way for you to truly commit this Secondhand September. It’s a 90-day period that encourages you to reflect on the values behind your wardrobe and your role in addressing overconsumption to help change the fashion industry. Are you in??
