#34: Kicking off a new chapter at Beni
A personal note from our new CEO and a look forward at what's in store for the company.
As we mentioned last week: startups are hard and burnout is real.
But they can also be energizing, magical places where you get to bring new ideas to life and create a better future.
When Sarah, Celine and I founded Beni nearly 3 years ago, our mission was to transform the norms of consumption, and as the new CEO at Beni, I am more committed than ever to bringing that vision to life.
I’ve participated in a number of panels and events over the past few weeks at SXSW, in LA and at Sustainable Fashion Forum, and the growing Beni community continues to astound and inspire me.
There are so many humans (stylists, resellers, menders, aspirational thrifters and thrift-stars) who see the need for a better way and are leaning in hard to make it happen.
When I think about what we're building at Beni, it’s not just a product - it’s a movement. We are driving the re-commerce revolution forward and I am fired up for what the future holds.
